In a ground-breaking milestone, BLACKPINK, the renowned K-pop girl group, has etched their name into Spotify's prestigious Billions Club.

Their 2020 hit single "How You Like That" has amassed over one billion streams on the platform, propelling them into the ranks of pop icons like Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake.

Comprising members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa, BLACKPINK has become the first and only K-pop girl group to achieve such a feat, solidifying their status as the "biggest girl group in the world."

The track's success marks it as the first song by a female K-pop group and the first Korean solo track without collaboration to reach the billion-stream milestone on Spotify.

BLACKPINK now stands shoulder to shoulder with fellow K-pop sensation BTS, who have two tracks, "Dynamite" and "Butter," in the Billions Club. While this marks BLACKPINK's inaugural entry into the esteemed list, individual members have previously made waves on their own.

Lisa broke records with her solo track "Money," while Jennie's "Solo" music video has garnered over a billion views on YouTube.

As "How You Like That" joins the ranks of Swift's "Cruel Summer" and Timberlake's "Mirrors" in the Billions Club, fans have taken to social media platforms to shower the group with congratulatory messages.

One fan expressed, "This is a phenomenal achievement for BLACKPINK! Their music transcends borders, resonating with fans worldwide and leaving an indelible impact."
