OTT platform Bongo is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of “Female 4”, the latest instalment in the immensely popular “Female” drama series directed by Kajal Arefin Ome. This new instalment will make its debut as a full-length web film, marking a significant shift from its previous format as a drama series.
The official First Look for “Female 4” has been unveiled on Bongo’s Facebook page, generating substantial excitement among fans. The series, which narrates the compelling story of Battery Goli of the city, has enjoyed tremendous success with its first three single dramas on YouTube. Now, it transitions to Bongo’s OTT platform, promising an even more engaging experience for viewers.
Director Kajal Arefin Ome shared his enthusiasm about this new project, stating, “Besides doing Bachelor Point and Hotel Relax, the 'Female' drama series has been a great inspiration. Its characters have become well-known and beloved by the audience. Encouraged by their support, I decided to create 'Female 4' on a larger scale with Bongo.”
Ome’s journey in the entertainment industry began in 2014, and he has since become a regular figure on TV and YouTube. He started working in OTT in 2022-23 and continues to hone his craft. “I am constantly preparing myself, learning, making mistakes, and correcting myself again. Now the audience will have to watch my work on OTT with a subscription. New platform, new rules. If viewers support quality content with their subscriptions, the number of good productions will increase in our country. Creators will be encouraged to work on a larger scale,” he added.
