Cherished love tale 'Eti Chittra' to hit cinema on October 20

Raisul Islam Anik, is all set to release his first creation for the silver screen, 'Eti Chittra'. The film received clearance from the censor board on September 25, paving the way for its much-anticipated release on October 20.

In a press conference held on Monday night at the Rupayan Tower, the producer and leader of the project, Shamsul Alam, unveiled the trailer and songs of the film in celebration of its upcoming release.

Speaking at the event, Kazi Hayat, the president of the Directors' Guild, director Delwar Jahan Jhantu and Shahin Sumon, the general secretary of the Directors' Guild, expressed their excitement about the film's release.

Director Anik expressed, "Eti Chittra" is a heartwarming love story that is meant to be enjoyed with family and loved ones. My entire team and I have put in our best efforts to create a memorable film. I have also worked on introducing new faces to suit the needs of my story. Since the release of the teaser and trailer, there has been a great response, showing a growing interest in the music, cinematography, and the performances of the cast."

Actor Rakib Hossain Evon, portraying the character Mashuk, shared, " 'Eti Chittra' is my debut film. I put in a lot of effort to bring the character of Mashuk to life. With the support of cinematographer Zaman Bhai, Forhad bhai, Ritu, and especially my director Anik Bhai, I was able to excel in my role."

Actress Jannatul Ritu revealed, "This whole experience feels like a dream to me. I received a call asking if I would act. I had never been involved in acting before, never stood in front of a camera. But today, I have completed a whole film."

She further praised the director, stating, "Working for director Anik Bhai was quite challenging. He would often make me rehearse for four to five hours after shooting. I am forever grateful to Anik Bhai. When the audience accepts this film, it will be my ultimate reward."

Besides the main cast, 'Eti Chittra' features performances by Naresh Bhuiyan, Sheikh Swopna, Farhad Limon, Mohammad Shahin Mridha, Moniruzzaman Moni, Loba Ahmed, Sohana Sharmin, Kamal Khan, British Babu and Tamim Iqbal, among others.

'Eti Chittra' promises to be a delightful addition to the world of cinema, carrying the signature touch of Raisul Islam Anik's storytelling. Audiences eagerly await its release.
