Debolina Sur is a renowned Bangladeshi singer who hails from a culturally rich family. Music has always been an integral part of her life, and she has dedicated herself to the art form since childhood. Through her melodious voice and soulful renditions, she has carved a niche for herself in the music industry.

Debolina's upbringing in a cultured household instilled a sense of humility and respect for music. She was inspired to pursue her passion for singing by her father and her mother, Srabani Sur, who played a pivotal role in her musical journey.

Debolina's musical education is impressive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Rabindra Sangeet from Visva-Bharati University and a master's degree from Rabindra Bharati University, where she was an ICCR scholar.

One of Debolina's notable contributions was her rendition of a Rabindra Sangeet in the upcoming film " Nuliachorir Sonar Pahar" directed by Lubna Sharmin. The song, titled "Mor Bhabonare Ki Haway Matalo," was composed by Bappa Mazumder.

Debolina's journey as a singer has been shaped by the encouragement and support of her family, mentors, and audience. She draws inspiration from her late principal at Jessore Cantonment College, Kamruzzaman, who continues to guide her even today.

Debolina's dedication to her craft is evident in her numerous achievements. She has performed at various prestigious venues across Bangladesh and abroad, including the National Theatre, Bangladesh Television, and Rabindra Sadan. She has also released several albums.

On her birthday, Debolina expressed her gratitude to her fans and well-wishers. She said, "I pray to God to keep me and my family healthy and happy. I also wish to be able to raise my daughter, as a good human being. I hope to continue singing and touching people's hearts with my music."

A few years ago, Debolina lent her voice to a song titled "Koranara Ratrita" which was a tribute to the martyred intellectuals of Bangladesh. The song was written by Anup Barua Pinku and composed by Suman Kalyan.
