Love is in full bloom for renowned pop star Demi Lovato and musician Jordan 'Jutes' Lutes, as the couple officially confirmed their engagement. The pair, who publicly revealed their romance in August 2022 exchanged vows in a private ceremony in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The 32-year-old Lutes, recognised for co-writing Lovato's hit song "Substance," proposed with an exquisite pear-shaped diamond solitaire engagement ring from the prestigious NYC luxury jewellery boutique Material Good. The proposal, described as "personal and intimate," was followed by a jubilant celebration at Craig's, a favoured restaurant for the couple, where they were joined by their families.

Taking to Instagram, Lovato expressed their joy with a heartfelt note and shared several photos to commemorate the special occasion. "I’m still speechless; last night was the best night of my life, and I can’t believe I get to marry the love of my life @jutesmusic," the post read. "Here’s to the rest of our lives. I love you, baby."

Jutes responded with equal enthusiasm, writing, "Dunno what I did to deserve you, but you’re stuck with my weird ass now. I love you so much, baby."

Fans flooded the comments section with congratulations and well-wishes. One fan exclaimed, "DEMI!! I am so happy for you!! I love you guys together so much!!" Another commented, "THE CUTEST …. Will be emotional until further notice!!!!!" A third comment read, "I love you beyond and am so happy for you both. My heart is bursting because what you two have is undeniable."

Beyond their romantic connection, the duo shares a strong musical collaboration, with Lutes contributing to Lovato's tracks "Happy Ending" and "City of Angels" from her eighth album, Holy Fvck. Lovato, who uses she/they pronouns, has hinted at the possibility of a collection of "sappy love songs" in the next album.

In a previous interview with SiriusXM's The Morning Mash Up in July, Lovato shared insights into their love story, stating, "We became friends first. We were friends for several months and then we decided to start dating and, well after we told each other how we felt."
