The 33-year-old singer-songwriter was recently spotted dancing with Bollywood celebrities and even recreated Shah Rukh Khan's iconic pose from "Om Shanti Om" alongside the Bollywood superstar himself.
Taking to his Instagram handle, the "Shape of You" hitmaker shared a video of the heart-warming moment, captioning it with, "This is the Shape of Us. Spreading love together…" The clip, featuring Sheeran embracing SRK, garnered immense attention online, with fans expressing their excitement. Director Farah Khan, who captured the memorable moment, expressed her joy, stating, "If this was the last thing I directed I'll die happy (sic)."
In a recent interview with Zoom, Ed Sheeran expressed his eagerness to collaborate with Shah Rukh Khan, hailing him as the biggest star in Bollywood. When asked about his interest in working with Indian actors, the singer responded affirmatively, saying, "Ummm… I never thought about it really. But I guess, Shah Rukh Khan because he is the biggest star (sic)."
Furthermore, Sheeran expressed his openness to making a cameo appearance in a Bollywood film, stating, "A 100 % yes, sign me up. I’d love to be involved with them musically as well. I really like the energy and I know I keep saying the word energy, but there is a very vibrant, positive energy around Bollywood (sic)."
The Grammy-winning artist also showcased his enthusiasm for Indian music by grooving to the Telugu song "Butta Bomma," with singer Armaan Malik guiding him through the steps.
