Recently, the Gadar 2 team convened a press conference to discuss the film's monumental success. Sunny Deol, reflecting on his initial reaction to the audience's adoration for the movie, shared, as quoted by news agency ANI, "I was quite anxious before the movie's release. When it finally hit the screens, I experienced a mix of tears and laughter throughout the night. My father was there and he witnessed it all. I told him, 'I haven't had a drink. I am just overwhelmed with happiness.'"
Early estimates from Sacnilk.com indicate that "Gadar 2" amassed Rs41 crore nett in India on its tenth day, adding to its impressive run. The film collected RS284.63 crore in its first week. On its second Friday, it garnered Rs20.5 crore, followed by Rs31.07 crore on its second Saturday. To date, the film's total earnings have reached Rs377.20 crore.
