Mim shares first look as Panna Kaiser

In a cinematic adaptation inspired by Shaheed Jaya Panna Kaisar's writing, "Digante Fuler Agun", director Wahid Tarek brings the unique narrative to life. The movie features Bidya Sinha Saha Mim portraying the character of Panna Kaisar, while Mostafa Monwar takes on the role of Shahidullah Kaiser.

The filming for the movie commenced on August 1. On Wednesday, actress Bidya Sinha Mim, who portrays Panna Kaisar, shared her look from the film on social media. In the same frame, actor Mostafa Monwar, portraying Shahidullah Kaiser, was also seen, providing a glimpse of their characters.

The movie “Digante Fuler Agun” is being produced by Shomi Kaiser’s Dhanshiri Production, daughter of Shahidullah Kaiser-Panna Kaiser couple.

Shaheed Jaya Panna Kaiser died on the morning of Friday in a private hospital in Dhaka. She was a writer and politician all in one. She started a family with the famous journalist and writer Shahidullah Kaiser on a golden evening of 1969. On December 14, 1971, Shahidullah Kaiser was captured by Al-Badr force and never came back.

Then a different battle of Panna Kaiser started with daughter Shomi and son Amitabh. She chose teaching as a profession. Inspired by her husband's philosophy, she started writing later. In the autobiographical book “Muktijuddho: Aage O Pore”, Panna Kaiser brought out his life struggle, the days of the liberation war, and above all the different aspects of Shahidullah Kaiser's life.
