Beauty queen Ariana Viera, who was the incumbent Miss Venezuela title holder, died of injuries from a car accident in Florida in July 2023. She was 26. Ariana Viera's mother Vivian Ochoa revealed that her daughter fell asleep while driving, as she was tired.
According to the New York Post, Miss Vieira's car collided with a truck in Orlando on July 13. She was crushed by the wheels of the lorry and got seriously injured.
10 days after the accident, Miss Venezuela's mother Vivian Ochoa told an international TV channel that Ariana fell asleep while driving. Then the lorry had a fatal collision with his car on the bank of a lake.
Local residents rescued Ariana and admitted her to a local hospital. But she could not recover herself during the treatment.
Ariana was supposed to represent her country in Miss Latin America 2023 in the Dominican Republic next October. But before that she died of a heart attack.
