Alliance Française de Dhaka is organizing a musical concert of French musician Bibi Tanga with Eric Kerridge, alongside two Bangladeshi musicians, Mithun Chakra and Saad Chowdhury. The event will be held on Thursday at 7pm at Alliance Française de Dhaka, Dhanmondi in the capital.
This event is an exceptional addition to the 65th-anniversary festivities of Alliance Française de Dhaka.
Bibi Tanga, a renowned artist known for his eclectic mix of Afrobeat, funk, and soul, will take the stage alongside French artist Eric Kerridge and two talented Bangladeshi pop artists, namely Mithun Chakra and Saad Chowdhury. This fusion of Afro and Bangla pop sounds will create an unique performance, a blend of the rich rhythms and melodies of African and Bangladeshi music traditions which promises to be a vibrant celebration of cross-cultural collaboration and musical innovation.
