Popular small-screen actress Sallha Khanam Nadia has decided to take a break from all of her existing projects due to her family emergency. Taking her social media handle, the actress made the announcement on Saturday night.
“Due to a serious accident happened with my family. I can’t work for the next 15 days or until I am stable. I am extremely sorry for cancelling my schedules,” Nadia wrote in a Facebook post.
With a plea for ‘some space’ for herself, the actress also mentioned in the post that she will return to the shooting shortly. “Please give me some space. I will get back to you soon. Please pray for my family. JajakAllah Khairan.”
However, in the post, the actress did not say anything about what actually happened to her family.
Soon after Nadia shared the emotional post on her Facebook page, many celebrities, including director Mustafizur Rahman Manik, actors Hasan Masood, Tanveen Sweety, Niloy Alamgir, Monira Akter Mithu and Nazia Haque Orsha came out in support of her and extended their wish for the well-being of her family.
Currently, Nadia-starrer drama serials ‘Priyojon’, ‘Twin Village’, ‘The Family’, and ‘Bajimat’ are being aired on different television channels.
