Nazrul Islam's journey began in 1988 when he came to BTV as an audience. He soon acquainted himself with Hanif Sanket and Kumar Bishwajit. Starting in 1989, he became a regular face on Hanif Sanket's renowned show "Ityadi," which has remained Bangladesh's most beloved magazine program throughout the years.
While initially working as Hanif Sanket's assistant for a decade, Nazrul later delved into acting. Over the years, he showcased his acting prowess in various dramas and plays.
Despite his extensive experience in television, Nazrul has not had the opportunity to venture into the world of cinema. However, he has gained significant acclaim as a model, featuring in advertisements for brands like Tanin, Coca-Cola, and Pakiza Lungi.
Expressing his gratitude, Nazrul mentioned, "I express boundless gratitude to the Almighty for bestowing upon me such a beautiful life. As an actor, I am immensely thankful to Hanif Sanket for his guidance and support throughout my journey for 34 years." He also expressed his desire to continue working alongside Hanif Sanket for as long as he can.
