The event, organised for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, boasts a staggering budget, with reports indicating that Rihanna is being compensated £5 million for her performance, according to Hindustan Times.
According to sources, the Ambanis have spared no expense for this opulent affair, with the celebrations estimated to cost £120 million. A significant portion of this budget, approximately £20 million, has been allocated solely to catering arrangements.
The presence of international music icons at Ambani family celebrations is not unprecedented, as Beyonce notably performed at Isha Ambani's wedding in 2018, an event that also incurred substantial costs.
Expected attendees include a constellation of Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, and Alia Bhatt, among many others. Additionally, prominent figures from various sectors, including business magnates like Bill Gates and Indian tycoons Gautam Adani and Kumar Mangalam Birla, are anticipated to grace the occasion, alongside cricketers and politicians.
