Runa Khan is venturing into uncharted territory in her latest endeavor, a web film entitled "Shodh,". This project showcases her remarkable versatility as an artist, as she takes on not just one, but two distinct roles.

"Shodh" delves into the complex themes of love, faith, and revenge, with Runa Khan at the forefront, breathing life into this narrative. While she is accustomed to embodying a single character in her films, Runa Khan enthusiastically embraced the challenge of portraying two distinct roles in "Shodh." The shooting for "Shodh" took place in various locations in Manikganj and Gazipur.

Expressing her enthusiasm for challenges in acting, Runa Khan stated, "I always love to take on challenges in acting. That's why I took on the challenge in the web film 'Shodh.' I portrayed a rural bride and a modern urban woman in the film, which required a significant effort from me. The result is tremendously satisfying. I hope this web film will resonate with the audience because the story of 'Shodh' is a familiar tale that will leave an impact on people's hearts."

Regarding future projects, she mentioned, "There are more challenging and exciting projects ahead. Now, I am planning how to better portray myself in these works."

Meanwhile, the film "Bok," inspired by the poem "Aat Bochor Ager Ekdin" by poet Jibanananda Das, has been directed by Masud Pathik. In this film, Runa Khan plays the character Sabita, the wife of a bird hunter named Suruj.

Additionally, Runa Khan has received widespread acclaim for her roles in films like "Gohin Baluchor," directed by Badrul Anam Soud, and "Halda," directed by Tauquir Ahmed. Her performance in "Halda" earned her the National Film Award for the first time in the category of ‘Best Actress.’
