Popular TV actor Abdun Noor Sajal has acted in the drama ‘Bitter Sweet’ for the first time under the direction of x actor, playwright, and storyteller Mir Sabbir, who won the National Film Award. Newcomer Rodela Mirza acted opposite Sajal in the same drama.

The play was written by Abir Ferdous. Earlier Sajal acted in several dramas with Mir Sabbir, but this is the first time Sajal has acted in a play directed by Mir Sabbir. On the other hand, the same is true for Rodela. After getting Mir Sabbir as a co-artist in a few dramas, it was primarily Mir Sabbir's interest to cast Rodela in this drama. In the meantime, the shooting of the drama has been completed in various locations of Uttara in the capital. However, Mir Sabbir did not act in this drama. Mir Sabbir said that the play will soon be aired on a satellite channel, then it will be released on a YouTube channel.

About the drama 'Bitter Sweet', Mir Sabbir said, “Basically I am an actor. But I also enjoy directing a lot. I also did an enjoyable job with Sajal and Rodela. Sajal is undoubtedly a very good actor. He was taken for the production of the story. And Rodella is doing very well in acting as a newcomer. We have to give opportunity to the newcomers. Rodela's future seems quite bright to me.”

Sajal said, “As an actor, Mir Sabbir Bhai is incomparable. But I think he is much stronger in direction. He is such a director who can guide in every detail, which makes it much easier for an artiste to act. Rodela has done well as a newcomer in this drama.”

Actress Rodela Mirza said, “After doing two consecutive works with Sabbir bhai, I got the opportunity to work in this drama because of his interest. I feel very lucky to have Sajal as a co-artiste and Sabbir Bhai as director. I am thankful to Sabbir Bhai for giving me this opportunity. I tried to portray my character properly. The audience can tell how much I have done.”
