In response to rumours that Korean actor Song Jong Ki is in a relationship, his agency released a statement regarding speculations that his girlfriend is British actress Katy Louise Saunders, reports Soompi.
Jong Ki rose to fame in the historical coming-of-age drama Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010) and the variety show Running Man (2010–2011) as one of the original cast members.
Previously, speculations started from his Daesang acceptance speech at the APAN Star Awards. During the speech, he thanked “Katy, Marla, Maya, and Antes,” which were her dogs’ names, according to a previous Facebook post.
Regarding the speculations, his agency, High Zium Studio, stated, “We cannot confirm anything other than the fact that they are dating.”
Katy Louise Saunders, born in 1984, is an actress from England who previously appeared in films, Lizzie Mcguire, The Third Person, and more.
On the other hand, Song’s most recent JTBC drama, Reborn Rich, achieved the highest viewership rating for a mini-series in 2022 with 26.9 per cent.
