Shah Rukh Khan has finally announced his first OTT project. Taking to his social media handles, he shared a poster of him with his thumbs up and ‘SRK+ Coming Soon’ written on it. He captioned the post as, “Kuch kuch hone wala hai, OTT ki duniya mein."
While without revealing much, SRK has kept fans excited as he prepares to rule OTT in the same way he did in Bollywood.
However, it seems like SRK+ is an OTT app the actor is going to launch. His industry colleagues Salman Khan and Anurag Kashyap congratulated him on his OTT platform.
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap tweeted that he was collaborating with the superstar on the new OTT app saying, "Dream come true! Collaborating with @iamsrk on his new OTT app, SRK+."
Salman Khan shared Shah Rukh's tweet and congratulated him on the big launch saying, "Aaj ki party teri taraf se @iamsrk. Congrats on your new OTT app, SRK+.
Shah Rukh is the first Bollywood star to start his own OTT platform. Ajay Devgn, Shahid Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Madhuri Dixit are among the big names that have collaborated with several OTT companies for their shows.
SRK teased his OTT debut earlier last year by uploading a few promotional videos. But because of the arrest of his son, Aryan Khan, in a narcotics case, the announcements the decisions were put on hold.
However, now the rumours are circulating that SRK's son, Aryan, will be making his debut as a screenwriter with an upcoming film and web series. The series is expected to be released digitally, and Aryan is supposed to be working on a script for his father's production company.
