Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film 'Dunki' is all set to release in Bangladesh on the same day as India, December 21. The film has received verbal approval from the Ministry of Information on Monday, December 18.

The film, directed by acclaimed Indian filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, is set to release worldwide, including India, on December 21. Bangladeshi distributor Anonno Mamun is trying to release the film in Bangladeshi cinemas on the same day. In continuation of that, the film received permission from the Ministry of Information.

Mamun said that although 'Dunki' got verbal approval for release on Monday, the written approval will be available on Tuesday. He further said that the film will be submitted to the Bangladesh censor board on Thursday. If everything goes well, 'Dunki' will be released in Bangladesh on December 21, along with Bollywood.

'Dunki' is being called Shah Rukh's lowest-budget film in the last six years. According to Indian media reports, the shooting of the film has cost producer Rajkumar Hirani only Rs 85 crore. The budget will be around Rs 120 crore, including the printing and publicity costs of the film.

However, the budget does not include the fees of Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu, and Rajkumar Hirani. Shah Rukh, the producer, and the director will receive money from the share of the film's profits.

Speaking about his new film, Shah Rukh said, "I want you to go to the cinema with your family, including your parents, children, husband, and wife. This film has a lot of beautiful messages."

The upcoming 'Dunki' is produced by Gauri Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. 'Dunki' is based on the problem of illegal immigrants or refugees living in the United States and Canada.
