Suriya unveils first look of Bobby Deol as Udhiran

Bollywood actor Bobby Deol, who turned 55 on Saturday, received a special birthday gift from the makers of his upcoming Tamil movie “Kanguva.”

The first look poster of the actor was unveiled on his birthday, leaving fans in awe. In the poster, Bobby Deol is seen sporting long untidy hair and a necklace of bones with blood marks on it, looking ruthless, powerful, and unforgettable.

“Kanguva” marks Bobby Deol's debut in the Tamil film industry, where he plays a character that goes beyond his usual comfort zone. The film is produced by Studio Green in association with UV Creations and directed by Siva. It features Suriya and Disha Patani in the lead roles, with additional star casts to be revealed in due course.

The film has garnered significant attention since its announcement, with the big revelation that it will be released in 10 languages in 3D format, making it a grand-scale production. The cinematography is handled by Vetri Palanisamy and the music is composed by 'Rockstar' Devi Sri Prasad.

Suriya too, shared the poster and wrote, "Happy birthday #BobbyDeol brother..Thank you for the warm friendship. It was awesome to see you transform in full glory as the mighty #Udhiran in our #Kanguva Guys watch out for him!"

Previously, Siva had talked about the film when he said, "I worked on this script four years ago. Suriya loved it and so did Gnavavel Raja. Suriya was sincere to the role and his makeover to play it was physically demanding."

The release date for “Kanguva” is yet to be announced.
