Energypac opens hotline to ensure service in lockdown

Energypac, a leading electronic and power solutions provider company opened a hotline number 16591 to ensure uninterrupted service during the lockdown, said a press release on Thursday.

This helpline number will remain open round the clock and customers will be able to place their orders remotely and all sorts of energy, power, and electrification services will be available in this helpline, said the press release.

“In continuation to its responsible business practices for the nation, leading electronic and power solutions provider Energypac Group has taken new steps to provide certain emergency services to customers during lockdown while ensuring total obedience to all the protocols,” said the press release.

The press release added that services and products – like electrical accessories, transformers, power connection tools, fuel, and energy solutions – are now available despite the lockdown barriers.

Individual, residential, commercial and agricultural hardware can be purchased by placing an order in this hotline, it said.

The emergency solution likes lights, circuit breakers, switch, sockets, fan, solar system, LPG, generator, transformer; substation installation and repair, JAC commercial vehicle, excavators, forklifts, agro machinery supply and repair, etc will be delivered across the country within 02-03 business days after placing orders.

Energypac has taken foolproof measures to ensure foolproof health protocol in service delivery and reception procedures.
