Russell T Ahmed, chief executive officer of Team Creative and ClassTune, has been elected president of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services.

The executive committee for the term 2022-2023 was announced by the chairman of the election board, SM Kamal, at the BASIS office on Tuesday, a press release said.

The election of the executive committee was held at the Bangladesh Shooting Sports Federation in the capital’s Dhaka on Sunday.

Giga Tech Limited Managing Director Samira Zuberi Himika will serve as senior vice-president of the association.

Enroute International Limited Managing Director and CEO Abu Daud Khan was elected vice-president (administration) and Pathao Limited Managing Director and CEO Fahim Ahmed as vice-president (finance).

Founder and CEO of Technohaven Company Limited Habibullah Neyamul Karim, Managing Director and CEO of TechKnowGram Limited AKM Ahmedul Islam Babu, Managing Director of Spectrum Software and Consulting Ltd Mushfiqur Rahman, Managing Director of Dreamerz Lab Limited Tanvir Hossain Khan, Managing Director of Advanced ERP (BD) Ltd Mostafizur Rahman Sohel, and Managing Director of Dream71 Bangladesh Limited Rashad Kabir will serve as the directors of the committee.
