High Court seeks all documents of Evaly

The High Court has given order seeking all the documents of e-commerce company Evaly Limited.

A High Court bench of Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar gave the order after hearing of a petition on Thursday.

Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms has been directed to submit these documents to the court within October 11.

On September 22, the High Court imposed a ban on sale and transfer of properties of Evaly following a writ petition filed by a resentful customer.
