Jurana gets Bangabandhu Scholarship

Jurana Aziz, an associate professor of Language Education at the Institute of Education and Research of Dhaka University, secured Bangabandhu Scholarship.

She already left for the University of Minnesota in the United States to attend a PhD programme, said a press release.

She began her teaching career as a lecturer of IER in 2010 after completing bachellor’s and master’s in English from Dhaka University.

She is the younger daughter of freedom fighter and Supreme Court lawyer Syed Abdul Aziz and Mazeda Aziz.
