15,708 candidates qualify in 44th BCS preliminary test

The results of 44th Bangladesh Civil Service preliminary tests were published on Wednesday.

A total of 15,708 candidates qualified for participating in the written examination, said a press release issued by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission.

Details of the results are available at the commission’s website – www.bpsc.gov.bd.

The results can also be known through texts by typing – PSC (Space) 44 (space) Registration Number –and sending it to 16222. The schedule of written test of the BCS exams will be published on the commission’s website and by issuing press release.

The preliminary tests were held on May 27 this year where a total 2,76,760 candidates appeared for the two-hour-long test vying for 1,710 posts in different cadres.

The 200-mark exam of multiple choice questions were held in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions simultaneously.
