4 traffickers held with 16 passports

Members of the Rapid Action Battalion on Monday arrested four master minders of a human trafficking ring in the capital's Gulshan and Cumilla's Chauddagram with 16 passports.

The arrested were identified as Tofayal Ahmed, 28, Md Akhter Hossain, 38, Md Anisur Rahman, 36, and Md Rassel, 30, Commanding Officer of RAB-3 Lt Col Arif Mohiuddin Ahmed briefed this to reporters at RAB Media Center in the capital's Kawran Bazar.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of the RAB conducted separate drives in the areas and arrested them.
