Rezaul, Earul elected president, GS of Bangladesh Congress

Advocate Kazi Rezaul Hossain and Advocate Earul Islam have been elected as the president and general secretary of the registered political party Bangladesh Congress respectively.

At the party’s 3rd national council at the Institution of Diploma Engineers of Bangladesh (IDEB) on Friday, the delegates elected them again for the next three years to lead the party.

Kazi Rezaul Hossain presided over the first session of the council where over 700 councilors and over one thousand leaders and workers from across the country joined the national council.

In a written statement, the chairman urged the party leaders and workers to strengthen the Bangladesh congress, said a press release.

In the first session of the council, Comrade Saiful Huq, General Secretary of The Revolutionary Workers Party of Bangladesh, M Golam Mostafa Bhuiyan, General Secretary of Bangladesh National Awami Party-Bangladesh NAP and other senior leaders from different political parties joined as the guest of honor.
