  1. Dates Honey Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients

10 dates, 200ml milk (boiled and warm), 2 - 3 tsp honey.

Instructions

First, wash the dates and remove extra water with a kitchen towel. Then deseeded the dates and chop finely. Take 100 ml boiled, warm milk and soak the chopped date for 30 minutes. Now take a food processor and blend soaked dates and honey as long as it becomes smooth. Next, pour the rest of the 100 ml milk and blend again for 1/2 minute. Serve in a glass and enjoy a healthy and yummy dates honey milkshake.

Bel Sherbet is not only a refreshing drink but a nostalgia also for most of us. Bels are a great source of vitamin C, minerals, and dietary fibers and people use them for ages to cure earaches, diabetes, respiratory problems, and liver and kidney conditions.

Ingredients

1 wood apple, 500 ml water, 1 handful mint leaves, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon cumin powder.

Instructions

First, wash the wooden apple in the running water and then cut it. Take a spoon and remove the pulp from the wooden apple and put it in a bowl. Soak the bel pulp in water for 2 hours and refrigerate.

After 2 hours take out from the refrigerator and mash the bel well and strain. Next, add the other ingredients and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Pour in glass and garnish with a pinch of jeera powder and chopped mint leaves and enjoy.

  1. Watermelon Juice Recipe

Ingredients

1 watermelon, 1  lime juice (optional)

Instructions

First, cut the watermelon and scoop chunks of sweet watermelon using a spoon. Then blend the watermelon so that it is totally ground. If you wish to get the extra flavor, add the juice of one small lemon and blend for an extra few seconds. You can also strain the mixture if the watermelon is notably seeded. Pour in a glass and enjoy. You can preserve watermelon juice in the refrigerator for 4 days. Stir before drinking.

  1. Fresh Green Mango Juice Recipe

Ingredients

2 green mangoes, 4 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 10-15 mint leaves, 1 1/2 cups water (cool), 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

First, wash the mangoes with running water and peel off the skin. Cut them into pieces so that you can remove the seeds. Take mango pieces, the sugar, mint leaves, and salt into a blender. Now add ½ cup chilled water and blend as long as the mango pieces, sugar, and mint leaves are ground fine. Now pour 1 cup of chilled water and blend it again for a few seconds. Serve the chilled, delicious, raw mango sharbat immediately by adding crushed ice.

  1. Fresh Pomegranate Juice Recipe

Ingredients

2 pomegranates, 1 pinch of black salt – optional

Instructions

First, wash the pomegranate and cut it into 4 parts. Take out all the pomegranates and put them into a bowl of water. Keep the pomegranates soaked in water and press them with your fingers so that the juice comes out. Remove the pomegranate seeds. Finally, strain the juice before serving.

  1. Warm Lemon, Honey, and Ginger Soother Recipe

Ingredients

One-fourth cup honey, 1 lemon juice, 1 tablespoon ginger root (grated), ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (ground), 3 ½ cups water (boiling).

Instructions

First, take a teapot and put honey, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon into the pot. Then add the boiling water. Mix with a spoon well. Make sure you cover the teapot before letting it sleep for 5 minutes. Take a strainer and pour it into a mug.

  1. Badaam Sharbat Recipe

Ingredients

120 gms almonds (soaked), 8 green cardamoms (crushed), one tsp almond essence, 3 cups sugar, 2 cups water, one tsp kewda essence, 1/8 tsp salt (potassium)

Instructions

First, peel off the soaked almonds and chop. Then peel off the green cardamoms also.  Take a blender and blend almonds and cardamoms with enough water to make a paste. Strain with a muslin cloth. Now blend the almonds with some water and strain again.

Then add sugar and keep it low heat. After dissolving the sugar, increase the heat. Boil and make syrup. Keep skimming until forms a thread (one-thread consistency).  Now add the cardamom extract and the kewda essence. Strain again and add the potassium salt. Preserve in an airtight bottle.

  1. Jackfruit Juice Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 jackfruit, 1/2 lemon, 2 cups water

Instructions

First, peel off the jack fruit and bring out the soft yellow flesh. Now take a juicer and make a paste. Finally, add water and lemon juice and enjoy.

  1. Banana Juice Recipe

Ingredients

2 bananas (ripe),  ½ apples, 1/2 cups milk (cool), ½ tablespoon sugar

Instructions

First, peel off the bananas. Cut them into circle pieces.  and cut them into small pieces. Then skin off the apple and cut it into slices. Now take a blender and put the banana slices, apple, milk, and sugar. Now, blend the mix to make a smooth paste. If you think the juice is very thick, you can add some extra milk. Blend again adding extra milk. Serve with ice cubes. You can also skip the sugar.

  1. Pineapple Juice Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups pineapples, 1 to 2 cups water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup crushed ice.

Instructions

First, skill off the pineapples and cut them into cube pieces. Then put everything except ice into a blender and blend smoothly. Strain the mixture to remove the fiber. Pour into glasses and serve with ice cubes before enjoying.

  1. Papaya Juice Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium size ripe papaya, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp mint, 1 cup water, 2 cups ice

Instructions

First, wash the papaya and peel it off.  Make sure you remove all seeds before cutting the papaya into pieces. Now blend all ingredients except ice cubes and blend smoothly. Pour in the glasses and garnish with ice cubes and mint and drink.
