As part of combating coronavirus outbreak in Bhutan, Bangladesh has shipped some essential drugs to the Himalayan country.
The first of the consignments left Dhaka for Thimphu on Thursday, a press release of the Foreign Ministry said.
The release said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina sent these medicines from the PM's relief fund to Bhutan to aid in its fight against the pandemic.
The consignment includes several types of multi-vitamins and vitamin C that boost the immune system in human body.
