3-day agricultural fair begins in Noakhali

A three-day long agricultural fair was launched at Kabirhat upazila in Noakhali district on Tuesday morning.

Kabirhat Upazila Agriculture Extension Department organized the fair at the upazila parishad premises under Agricultural Development Project.

Noakhali District Agriculture Extension Department training officer Ayub Mamud was present as the chief guest at the inaugural programme with Kabirhat upazila nirbahi officer Fatema Sultana in the chair.

Earlier, a procession was brought out from the upazila parishad premises which paraded the important streets.

At that time upazila assistant commissioner (Land) Amrit Debnath, upazila agriculture extension officer Shams-e-Arifin, journalist Selim were present, among others.
