Novoair starts Rajshahi-Cox’s Bazar direct flight

Novoair, one of the local private carriers, has started direct flights on Rajshahi-Cox’s Bazar route.

Rajshahi city Mayor A H M Khairuzzaman Liton inaugurated the flight on Thursday at Shah Makhdum Airport, Rajshahi, a press release said.

Novoair Managing Director Mofizur Rahman and Rajshahi Chamber of Commerce & Industry President Masudur Rahman were present, among others, at the flight opening juncture.

Initially, the airliner will operate the direct flight from Rajshahi to Cox’s Bazar every Thursday and Cox’s Bazar to Rajshahi every Sunday.

Meanwhile, the airliner is also offering hotel free for three nights and four days stay in Cox’s Bazar for tourists.

To avail of the offer, passengers are to purchase return couple tickets on Rajshahi-Cox’s Bazar-Rajshahi route, as one-way fare will start from Taka 5,900.

Novoair operates daily flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Saidpur, Jashore, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Kolkata.
