Fifteen more coronavirus cases have been reported in Narsingdi, raising the total to 43 in the district.
Imrul Kayes, chief of Narsingdi Coronavirus Prevention Emergency Cell and district Civil Surgeon Dr Mohammad Ibrahim Titon confirmed the development.
Of the newly infected, 4 are from Narsingdi sadar upazila, 1 from Palash, 2 from Monohardi and 7 from Shibpur.
A total of 92 people were tested for the virus on Wednesday in the district.
