Two people were killed and three others injured as a mini-truck laden with gas cylinders overturned on the Padma Bridge on Sunday night.
The accident took place near pillar number 13 at the Mawa end in Louhajang upazila of Munshiganj around 10:00pm, reports Amader Shomoy.
The deceased were identified as Kawser, 30, and Raju, 40, both residents of Shariatpur.

On-duty physician of Srinagar Upazila Health Complex Asaduzzaman said the two were brought dead.
The injured were sent to Sir Salimullah Medical College and Mitford Hospital.
The Padma Bridge was opened to traffic on June 26 when two people were killed in an accident on the very day while riding on a motorcycle on the bridge.
