Two motorcyclists died and another was injured in separate road accidents in Chuadanga Sadar upazila on Tuesday.
The deceased was Raj, 18, from Madrasapara in Chuadanga municipality, and Mukul Hossain, 50, son of Nur Islam from Boaliya village under Chuadanga Sadar upazila.
Locals said there was a collision between a bus of ‘Royal Paribahan’ and a motorcycle driven by Raj in Boalmari area of the Sadar upazila around 4:45pm, leaving him dead on the spot.
Sajib, who was a pillion rider, sustained injuries in the accident.
Moreover, motorcyclist Mukul died in a collision between two bikes in Kiran Gachhi area under the Sadar upazila around 9pm.
Sheikh Sekendar Ali, inspector of Chuadanga Sadar police station confirmed the accidents saying that legal actions will be taken.
