The government has reshuffled the post of deputy commissioner (DC) in 23 districts across the country.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard on Wednesday.
The officers of the 25th BCS have been appointed to DC for the first time.
Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Comilla, Cox's Bazar, and Mymensingh are among the 23 districts which get new DCs.
