A total of 281 Bangladeshi nationals left Dhaka on Saturday for Italy on a special flight amid flight restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Confirming the matter, Tahera Khondoker, deputy general manager (public relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, said, “A special flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the passengers left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) for Rome, around 12:20 pm.”
Earlier on June 23, 269 Bangladeshi nationals left Dhaka for Italy by a special flight of the same airways.
