Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested three more persons in connection with the murder of retired Army Major Sinha Mohammad Rashed Khan in Teknaf, Cox's Bazar. The three arrested are witnesses in the case filed by the police in the murder case.
According to RAB sources, the three were arrested from Marishbunia area of Baharchhara union in Teknaf on Monday (August 10).
The arrested are Nurul Amin, Mohammad Ayaz and Nizam Uddin.
RAB took the three arrested to the court at 4.20 pm on Tuesday.
According to court sources, the RAB's investigating officer has appealed for a 10-day remand for the arrested.
