A mild earthquake jolted parts of the Sylhet region on Thursday morning.
The earthquake, measuring 4.3 magnitude on the Richter Scale, was felt at 9:56am, which lasted for a few seconds, said Observer Syed Ahmed of Sylhet Meteorological Department.
The epicenter of the earthquake was Meghalaya in India.
However, no injury or casualty was reported.
