As many as seven core people have been provided with humanitarian aid since the pandemic hit the country, said State Minister of Disaster Management and Relief Dr Md Enamur Rahman.
The minister disclosed the information at the 50-year celebration program on International Disaster Mitigation Day and Cyclone Preparedness held at Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina virtually connected with the program as the chief guest.
