Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni has said accurate statistics of the education rate of the country would be found through the census.
"The exact statistics of education rate would be available through the census and we would get an accurate picture of the whole country's education that how many people are illiterate, how many are educated and their socio-economic position that would be helpful in adopting various action plans," she said while inaugurating the digital census program Wednesday from her residence as the chief guest.
Deputy Commissioner Kamrul Hasan, Superintendent of Police Milon Mahmud and other leaders were present on the occasion.
