Abu Mohsin Khan, father-in-law of actor Riaz, has committed suicide by shooting himself in the head while live-streaming on Facebook on Wednesday.
Dhanmondi police station Officer-in-Charge Iqram Ali confirmed the matter to The Business Post.
Around 9:15pm on Wednesday, Mohsin came on live from his Facebook account and shot himself in the head after talking for a while.
Mohsin lived alone in his house at Dhanmondi in Dhaka. On information, police rushed to the spot.
After being contacted, Riaz informed that he was on his way to his father-in-law's house and that he did not know any details of the incident.
