A Dhaka court framed charges against cricketer Nasir Hossain and his wife Tamima Sultana on Wednesday in a case filed over adultery and defamation.
Another accused Tamima's mother Sumi Akter was discharged earlier as the court did not find any allegation against her in the case.
Nasir and Tamima are on bail now.
They pleaded themselves not guilty and demanded justice after Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzal Hossain.
The magistrate, earlier in the day, dismissed the petitions submitted for discharging Nasir and Tamima from the charges of the case.
The magistrate fixed March 10 for starting a trial of the case.
