Al-haj MM Enamul Haque, chairman of Amin Mohammad Group, one of the country's top industrial companies, and president of the editorial board of Dainik Shomoyer Alo, has passed away.
The 64-year-old breathed his last at his residence in Dhaka’s Gulshan around 11:15 pm on Saturday, Gazi Ahmed Ullah, publisher of Dainik Shomoyer Alo, confirmed the matter.
Namaz-e-janaza of Enamul Haque will be held at Gulshan Society Mosque at 10 am on Sunday. Later, his body will be buried in the Banani graveyard, Gazi Ahmed Ullah added.
Enamul Haque was born on December 1, 1958 in Dakshin Medinipur village under Lauhjong upazila of Munshiganj. Apart from establishing Amin Mohammad Group, one of the country's leading housing industry companies, this successful businessman was involved in various social activities. He is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter.
