Another ferry Padma Bridge's 10th pillar on Monday evening.
The ferry named Birshreshtho Jahangir, hit the bridge while on its way to Munshiganj's Shimulia ghat departing from Madaripur's Banglabazar ghat.
Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) Marine Officer Ahmed Ali confirmed the matter.
He confirmed that 10-12 passengers were hurt and two vehicles were damaged in the incident.
Earlier on 23 July, a passenger ferry named Shahjalal hit the 17th pillar of the bridge after the driver lost control over the steering.
