The Appellate Division has ordered Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC) managing director Bikash Dewan to supply uninterrupted power supply during virtual court proceedings.
A bench headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain passed the order on Sunday.
Earlier on October 1, the Appellate Division summoned DPDC Managing Director Bikash Dewan to appear before it on Sunday to explain frequent power supply disruption during the online court proceedings on the day.
