Chief of Bangladesh Army General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed on Monday, the second day of the three-day India tour, met and greeted military advisor in the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), Lt Gen VG Khandare (retd).
During the conversation, the army chief discussed with VG Khandare about the security, defence system as well as the relationship between the two countries.
Gen SM Shafiuddin visited the Indian Wargaming Development centre and the Defense Image Processing and Analysis Center as well as the Indian army training activities, said an ISPR media release.
On Monday afternoon, Gen SM Shafiuddin addressed a seminar on foreign policy, relationship and defence.
Earlier on Saturday, Gen SM Shafiuddin Ahmed left Dhaka on a three-day official visit to India with an eight-member team of Bangladesh Armed Forces.
