An ASI of police was stabbed to death and another one injured while chasing an accused in Brahmanbaria on Friday afternoon.
The incident took place near Chandpur Bridge area of Sadar upazila in the district.
The deceased was identified as Amir Hossen, 35 and the injured one is ASI Monir Shankar Das.
Anisur Rahman, the Police Super of Brahmanbaria confirmed the news to The Business Post.
