Attorney General Mahbubey Alam has tested positive for Covid-19.
He has been admitted to capital's Combined Military Hospital (CMH) on Friday noon. He had a high fever from Friday afternoon. Later he was admitted to CMH as per doctor’s advice.
Several lawyers of the Supreme Court confirmed the news to The Business Post.
Law Minister Anisul Huq said,” The Attorney General is currently undergoing treatment at CMH. The doctors will try their best to ensure his early recovery.”
