Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) observed the International Mother Language Day on Tuesday.
The AUST Vice-Chancellor Dr Muhammad Fazle Elahi began the programme by offering a wreath to the language martyrs mausoleum within the campus, followed by the alumni association and faculty members.
The treasurer Dr Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman, Dean of the faculty of Business and Social Science Dr Saleh Mohammad Mashhedul Islam, IQAC Director Dr Muhammad Sarwar Morshed, P&D Director Dr Bobby Barua, Proctor Dr Mohammad Saiful Islam Mollick, Student’s Welfare Advisor Mizanur Rahman and Registrar Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain were present in the event including the librarian, examinors, engineers, heads of sundry departments, officials, teachers, employees, students and alumni.
