BAF aircraft leaves Dhaka to bring vaccine from China

A plane of the Bangladesh Air Force left Dhaka on Tuesday to Bangladesh to bring Covid-19 vaccine doses offered by China as gift.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said this at a press release on Tuesday.

ISPR said that the BAF’s C-130J transport aircraft left for China at 8:12am on Tuesday to carry 500,000 doses vaccines from China.

Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Li Jiming on Monday officially announced that 5 lakh doses of Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine will reach Bangladesh on May 12 as a special gift.
