Due to the maintenance work of a land cable near the Tuas landing station of the South East Asia-Middle East-Western Europe 4 (SEA-ME-WE 4) submarine cable systems in Singapore, internet services in Bangladesh will be partially disrupted for 12 hours on Saturday.

The submarine cable line connects to Cox's Bazar via SMW4, read a press release of Bangladesh Submarine Cables PLC (BSCPLC). There will be temporary disruptions in services on the circuits of the connected submarine cable from Cox's Bazar to Singapore from 6am to 6pm.
